Mustard 'Mizuna Red Streaks' (Brassica Japonica) - vigorous heirloom producing numerous stalks of bright red, deeply cut, fridged leaves. Fresh and crisp with superb, piquant, warm and mildly peppery flavour with spicy notes. Perfect to spice up the usual salads, blends extremely well with braising green mixes. Suitable for juicing, stir fries, soups, hot pots. Highly resistant to cold. Grown for baby leaves or till full maturity. Takes 20 days to baby leaf and about 45 days to full maturity.
